Light weight and protective barbell pad. To predominantly be used for barbell hip thrusts to protect your hips from bruises and to be able to lift more weight; the thickness of the foam will make any weight feel like light weight! The pad is super easy to use and will fit any bar size, and you don’t need to worry about the pad falling off.
The MCS Barbell Pad can also be used for squats/lunges or back rack barbell exercises.
