Light resistance to predominantly be used to activate your glutes before a weight session, or similarly used at home with exercises such as lateral band walks, kickbacks and glute bridges.
Telling the glutes to wake up ready for your workout is very challenging, and expecting them to recruit maximally during hip thrusts and deadlifts is very unlikely (the can be very stubborn!) You can’t walk into the gym, start hip thrusting and expect your glutes to get an instant pump and balloon; it’s just not that easy.
This is why we created the MCS Booty Loop Activator, to hit the glutes from multiple angles using the booty loop. Glute Activationhas been shown to improve the brain’s efficiency in activating the glutes over time and it grooves good motor patterns… I.e. You will build a booty!
